From the Committee

The Minutes of the January Committee meeting have been posted on the Club Noticeboard.

The Committee met most recently on Monday 9th February. Issues discussed included:

• the 2025 accounts
• the 2026 Budget
• the Membership Survey
• a formal delegation to the newly-appointed Catering Manager
• indemnifying the Treasurer for her personal guarantee in relation to our newly-opened account with Pak and Save
• purchase of new resources for the card dealing team

The next scheduled Committee meeting is on 9th March. It is hoped to schedule a separate planning meeting later in the month.
